This week, Athens is the place to be for investigative journalists attending both UNCOVERED 2024 and the iMEdD International Journalism Forum.
We’re packing our bags and heading to Athens! From September 25 to 26, IJ4EU grantees will come together for UNCOVERED 2024, the latest edition of IJ4EU’s annual conference on cross-border investigative reporting.
This year’s conference has it all — from workshops on advanced investigative techniques to debates on ethics and fireside chats getting up close and personal with intrepid journalists.
The two-day event culminates with a ceremony announcing winners of this year’s IJ4EU Impact Awards. See the shortlisted nominations.
UNCOVERED 2024 will be hosted by the iMEdD International Journalism Forum in the industrial chic of Athens’s Peiraios 260 venue. IJ4EU grantees will have full access to the iMEdD Forum, which takes place September 26 to 29 at the same venue.
Attendees of the iMEdD Forum will also have access to the second day of UNCOVERED 2024.
The IJ4EU fund has provided travel grants to allow representatives from each team of current grantees to take advantage of the networking and learning opportunities afforded by both UNCOVERED and the iMEdD Forum.
