- Deadline for applications: May 16, 2025
The Investigative Journalism for Europe (IJ4EU) fund invites recently awarded grantees to apply for financial assistance to attend this year’s Dataharvest – The European Investigative Journalism Conference.
Along with a free ticket to the four-day event, one stipend of at least €600 is available for each team of journalists from the December 2024 cohort of IJ4EU grantees. The money is intended to help cover travel and accommodation costs.
Run by IJ4EU consortium partner Arena for Journalism in Europe, Dataharvest takes place May 22-25 in the Belgian town of Mechelen.
The deadline for applications is May 16 at 23:59 CEST.
To apply, team leaders are invited to email [email protected] with the subject line “IJ4EU travel grant”. The email should include:
- The full name of the team member nominated to take advantage of the free ticket and travel stipend
- The name of the project supported by IJ4EU
Please note that each team is limited to a single application.
If a nominated team member has already bought a ticket to Dataharvest, they will be entitled to a refund.
